Make locations easy to read

Enter a prefix such as 01-A-, then choose the first number and how many labels to create. With two-digit padding, the first labels are 01-A-01, 01-A-02 and 01-A-03.

Prefix + padded number = location code

These are your internal location codes, not an official warehouse numbering standard. Check that each printed code matches the actual location before use.

Printing your labels

Which print settings should I use?

Use A4 paper, portrait orientation and 100% scale. Turn off browser headers and footers. Preview first; this layout is for plain paper, not a specific adhesive-label brand.

Will my entered text be preserved?

Yes. Prefixes and notes print exactly as entered, including non-English characters. The system heading is always BIN LOCATION.
