Barcode & QR labels

Paste your own codes, one per line. Repeated lines create repeated labels.

Up to 48 labels, 32 printable ASCII characters per line. Use QR for Chinese or other Unicode text. Spaces and duplicates are kept.

Up to 80 characters. Notes appear below every code and are not encoded.

Created locally in your browser. Your codes stay here.

Encode your own identifiers

Use Code 128 or Code 39 for internal product and location codes; QR for Chinese, longer text or links; and Data Matrix or PDF417 for compact ASCII data. EAN-13, UPC-A and ITF-14 encode numeric identifiers you already have. Choose Full code to validate its check digit or Data only to explicitly calculate it.

One non-empty line = one labelBlank lines are skipped. Duplicates are kept.

These labels encode values you provide. The tool does not allocate registered GS1 product identifiers or verify their ownership. A valid check digit does not prove a number is assigned to you.

Print and check

Which print settings should I use?

Use A4 portrait paper at 100% scale and turn off browser headers and footers. The two-column layout expands for longer notes. It is for plain paper, not a particular adhesive-label sheet. Keep the white space around each symbol and scan a printed sample before using the batch.

What is in the downloaded SVG?

The first generated label contains a vector symbol, its complete encoded value and your shared note. If you chose Data only, it also shows your original input and the added check digit. System headings stay English; entered text keeps its original language.

Worked example

Illustrative inputs and outputs to help you check your own task.

Make a small batch of internal Code 128 labels

Inputs
Select Code 128 and enter BIN-A-01 on one line and BIN-A-02 on the next.
Output
Two labels, each encoding its own original code, ready to preview and print. Download the first label as SVG.

Check a printed sample with the scanner you will actually use before printing a full batch.

Add an EAN-13 check digit explicitly

Inputs
Select EAN-13 and the data-only/add-check-digit mode. Enter the illustrative 12-digit value 952012345678.
Output
The calculated check digit is 8, producing 9520123456788. The label discloses the added digit.

A correct check digit does not allocate a GS1 identifier or prove ownership. Use an identifier you are authorised to use for a real product.
